Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Damaged Items During Shipping<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please inform the carrier and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, the damage will be considered to have occurred after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.5. Customs and International Taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For shipments within the EU<\/strong>: if we do not exceed certain cross-border sales thresholds, Spanish VAT (21%) will apply. If thresholds are exceeded or we are part of the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system, the applicable tax rate for the destination country will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For shipments outside the EU<\/strong>: Spanish VAT (0%) is not applied. Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products made to order, personalized items, or those that cannot be returned due to their nature are exempt from the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its features or functionality, we may deduct the corresponding depreciation from the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All our products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity guarantee established by Spanish law and European Union regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or issues that make the product non-compliant with the agreed terms.<br>For consumable products like candles or similar items, if a defect is detected upon receipt, please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.<br>Normal product wear or consumption is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Handcrafted Products and Soy Wax Characteristics.<\/strong><br>Our candles, made from 100% soy wax, may exhibit slight surface irregularities (bubbles, small cracks, wax separation from the container, etc.). These features are natural and do not affect the proper functioning or fragrance of the candle; therefore, they are not considered manufacturing defects.<br>A defect covered by the legal conformity guarantee will only be deemed to exist if the product has damage that prevents its normal use (e.g., a cracked container or damaged wick). If you identify a genuine defect, please contact us to coordinate a replacement or refund in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
